April 2008 – January 2011: Oncology Global Program Team
With only a few days before a meeting at a international hotel that did not want to meet accounting requirements, I reached out in urgency to the appropriate management to approve a solution to the problem.
May 2005 – March 2008: Oncology Clinical Development Supported heavyweight project and acted as department liaison during high turnover of management and team. I became sole contact for the project as I was the only person on the team with administrative experience. The team depended on me to answer questions and to be resourceful in addition to supporting the executive director.
January 2004 – April 2005: Oncology Global Medical Affairs
With persistence and meeting the logistical challenges of hiring 14 professional scientists within 6 months
I played an important part in the success of this program and received an award.
September 2001 – January 2004: Clinical Development – Bone Therapeutic Area
Supported heavy-weight project. With only 4 week’s notice I arranged a successful 3-day offsite team meeting for 35 participants. As a TIMECARD Coordinator the department I achieved a 100% participation of 40 associates. Received several Novartis Above and Beyond Awards.
January 2001 – September 2001: Global Project Management
I was hired as a Senior Administrative Assistant contractor. Based on my performance in this position I was hired permanently as a Senior Administrative Assistant on a heavyweight project.
