Duval County Unified Courthouse Facility: Design Build Project 800,000 square foot structure comprised of cast-in-place concrete exterior with thirty six inch deep pan cell decking system, pre- cast concrete wall panels and curtain wall with aluminum storefront entrances. Seven stories in height with a penthouse for mechanical equipment and a slab to slab height of eighteen feet.
Managed 29 employees, collaborative effort, for staff from a Minority Joint Venture partner and 60 trade sub-contractors.
Facilitated the day-to-day operations and engineering with support from two senior individuals. Sr. PM of engineering with a staff of six and a General Superintendent with five Superintendents, in his charge, covering all disciplines.

Indian River County Administration Complex: Comprised of two structures with a total square footage of 130,000 square feet made of cast in place concrete and over strength CMU with a steel decking system and pre cast joists for support. These two structures house the local Indian River County Commissioners Chambers and city government agencies. $60,000,000.00 GMP with a cost savings agreement
Indian River County Emergency Operations Center: Comprised of 12” cast-on-site Tilt Wall panels with light concrete and steel deck roofing system built to withstand 180 mile an hour wind load. Parking and secure gated entrances, emergency communications and media necessities installed. Both structures built and commissioned during this same period. $40,000,000.00 with a cost savings agreement.
