JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
To manage the work of business office staff; claims reviewing, rejections, reconciliation, business reports and making sure that all the insurance and private claims are processed and finalized with the insurance companies.
1. Claims Examining
1.1 Reviewing and approving claims (both insurance & private) before submission to their respective companies.
1.2 Case investigation whenever and wherever required (in cases of excessive, unjustified or excluded services).
2. Rejection Reviewing & Re explanation
2.1 Review claims rejection.
2.2 Prepare answers/justifications for rejected claims.
2.3 Co-ordinate with physicians regarding re explanation on rejected claims.
