• Utilizing knowledge and capabilities for Unified Communication systems, created a virtual/blended training environment for hosting remote course attendees worldwide.

• Created partnerships with managed service providers moving email, applications, and file-system to Cloud-based solutions providing users with robust “anywhere” access.

• Created and implemented processes for training delivery that placed InCase as a leading IBM Authorized Training Partner with result of IBM adopting these processes as Standard Operating Procedures for EMEA ATPs. Same year, InCase was awarded Authorized Training Partner in 5 countries.

• Participated in executive management to develop and execute a business plan taking the technical training department from an average annual loss of 100K USD over each of the previous 3 years to total annual revenue of approximately 6 Million Euro and more than 10% NOPAT.

• Selected and mentored team members for management and team-lead positions to fulfill roles in multi-national training and consulting organization to facilitate change of role to Chief Technology Officer.
