• SHL is a UK based company which conducts psychometric tests. The tests cover complete employee lifecycle (from recruitment to appraisal). It has online application – P41 (total 41 different parameters by which the assessment for a candidate is done) which perform this job.
SHL also have another application SODA (SHL On-Demand Architecture) which is basically used for setting up client and management of instruments with personal job match (PJM) functionality using two applications CSU (Client Set Up) and WBIM (Work Bench and Instrument Manager). • Description:
Perot Systems is executing the LSC Project for Liberata, UK. The LSC Project aims to improve the integration of information and processes between the LSP schemes and facilitate the LSC in providing better services to learners. This program will provide a Helpline, Assessment and Payment Body (HAPB) to run and manage the schemes of the Learner Support Program.
The application development will have a staggered delivery and each delivery would go through planned Testing Cycles. An independent Testing team at Perot Onsite & Offshore center will carry out the testing on the developed Code after implementation of the following functionalities in LSC:
The business process Identified for a quick assessment of a potential learner's eligibility (on the basis of a minimum of personal data, living status, and financial details) for various Learner Support schemes funded by LSC. This works as a tool which will show those schemes a potential learner may be eligible for together with the potential financial award information. The learner, adviser with learner, or parent/career will call contact centre employee to check the eligibility
This will have details of all the business rules specific to each scheme. User provides the details (personal, circumstance, financial).There will be some processing on data such as learner's age calculation, calculation of start date of learning (if user does not provide the start date of learning) then this data (age, income, residential status) will be given to business rule engine and scheme filtering will be done.
Rules will executed twice first to determine the eligible schemes and income range from the initial information (personal, circumstance), then it is executed to determine the income band for the eligible schemes.

The project was onsite for 3- 6 months and provided a scalable, long-term strategy for monitoring and reporting operational metrics. CLASS is a DOS- based system that supports AGC’s CreditLine application process channels. The CLASS application resides on the merchant’s PC, acts as the front-end to AGC’s online systems, capturing and validating data. Part of the installation is a communications program which will allow the Introducer’s PC to dial-up and send the application to the AGC Host via AUSTPAC and RAPID (AGC’s middle tier gateway) and then process the AGC response. This includes an option to print the loan documents (whose templates are locally stored) to be printed at the Introducer’s PC for approved loan applications. .
