•Isolation/Separation of DNA, Plasmid DNA & RNA from plant and animal cells: Prepared samples from various plant and animal cells (Liver, Spinach, etc.) and applied centrifuge and electrophoresis techniques.

•Determination of BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) & COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), Quantitative and qualitative analysis of food and water, Acidity and alkalinity of water. Estimation of phosphate, sulphate and nitrate of polluted water.

•Quantitative Precipitin Assay (QPA): Analysis of antibody and antigen interaction.

•Demonstration of cell culture from animal and plant cell. Anther culture for haploid production. Callus culture from leaf. Preparation of M.S. media. Plant embryo culture and Tissue culture.

•Blood experiments: Blood grouping. Total count of WBC & RBC by hemocytometere. Differential count of leucocytes. Widal test. Bilirubin estimation. Hb count utilizing haemoglobinometer.

•Production & Estimation of Penicillin, gluconic acid & alcohol.
