Role & Responsibilities
Lead a team of Engineers (production, planning & quality) higher productivity, better quality, minimum machine downtime & zero accident in the factory.
Oversee all the production processes, reducing costs wherever necessary and making sure those products are produced on time and are of good quality
Responsible to report to production manager monthly project & production status, as well as Look Ahead Status.
Achieve & Ensure maximum capacity utilization by developing, upgrading and modifying production equipments, processes and systems.
Advance facility planning of production of new projects like storage, design modifications etc
Monitor manpower and production & quality efficiencies in department wise and make necessary action to improve it.
Setting-up and maintaining materials tracking procedure to link project indent & reviewing to maintain minimum inventory without material shortage
Get the Performa Invoice from the order management
To Cross check work order & Optimization before realizing the order.
Get the glass stock report on daily basis from the warehouse.
Production Planning and control Activities.
Manpower Allocation & Production planning according to the order availability.
Taking corrective & preventive actions against non- conformities during audits.
To reduce in – house Rejection and rework.
Increase the production and decrease the rejection by the parameters of 5S.
