Sonoran Landesign
From June, 2005
To: May, 2009
Started managing the warranty and work orders crew. Working all phases of landscaping,
Replacing or installing plants material, checking and fixing irrigation issues and also complete any item of the hard scape.
A few months later started to manage installation projects for our main customer (Toll Brothers)
Did it for about almost two years.
Later on I’d started the maintenance division for our in house customers. It was a low start, so had some installation projects to complement my schedule.
Took a lot of effort to get it going , but ten moths later a had 6 men crew and 3 on site men, and as far as know still growing .
Treeline Design Landscape
From: July, 2001
To August, 2005
Manager of the maintenance division. Witch consisted of 5 4 men/crew.
Taking care mostly residential and a few HOA’s.
Reorganized schedules, even out the work load per crew. Set up the routes to make time management more efficient.
A month into the job feels the need to improve our respond time for work orders, irrigation repairs or any other situation that might arise. There for I’d implemented an extras crew.
And at the same time all the revenue going out the door stopped about 80%, our number started to turned around.
With in 45 days eliminated all OT. Follow up system, calling customers on a weekly basis gain the trust and credibility back to the company.
Revitalized the moral among office staff and field personal.
Gothic Landscape
From July, 1997
To: December, 2000

Then a maintenance position became open, applied for it and got it.
Started by managing all the new installed models on the west and east for (Scott’s homes, Brown & Brown, Greystone, Shea, and more. . .) some of this also came along with HOA’s. Witch at the same time some of them had reclaim water for most of the green areas.
The maintenance division was formed by 6 5men/crews and had 2men/crew on site job.
A year later had to add an other 2 5men/crews for Casa Grand and Tucson area.
Dela Torre Landscape
From February, 1991
To: July, 1997
Started as Field Superintendent taking care of 20 apartment’s complex, throughout Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties.
Over seen operations of 7 2men/on site crews, 8 6 men/maintenance crews.
Also working along with 2 irrigation techs and the tree trimming crews, when need it
Scheduling all extras that came up on monthly landscape inspections. Done with Landscape manager for the complex and my self.
This was a lot of fun.
Accurate Landscape
From March, 1986
To: December, 1990
Here’s where everything started for me;
As labor from pulling weeds, picking trash, basically I’d did all.
Also got to know two really good friends, that took me under their wing and taught me about irrigation repair and installation by sending me to classes of various topics on landscape, fertilizer: how to use, what to use, and when to use.
Insecticide and pesticides how to apply
But as they said practice makes perfect, so all what I’d know is hands on is always better that way.
They we’re the ones that gave me my first chance as a Supervisor.
Hope to see you soon
