As a Banquet Beverage Captain I was responsible for ordering all liquors and other beverages for each nights events. I supervised a staff of up to 10 bartenders and was responsible for getting all the bars set and ready for each days functions. To present itemized bar checks to each client for review and to do a nightly inventory of all wines, beers and liquors and ordering for the upcoming days functions.
