Project Manager
Oversee and manage the ($200K) HVAC system replacement for St. Paul’s Church, Prospect Park, NJ, as well as replacement of a hot water heating boiler, including asbestos abatement (approx. $50K).

Chief Engineer – Manager of Security and Facilities for North America (2002 – 2008)
Managed Facilities and Security for North American operations, including Project Management and Design for Capital improvement projects. Supervised support staff of 17 people (6 direct reports). Day to day management of 2 corporate facilities, including maintenance of building and grounds and management of building services (reception, switchboard, mail room, cafeteria, and site security) (140,000 sq. ft office with redundant Data Center and 78,000 sq. ft. R& D laboratory with Corporate Data Center, and Customer Service center).
• Preparation and management of an $8 MM annual operating budget and average $2 MM + capital budget.
• Manage procurement/invoicing for all material and services related to operating budget and capital projects.
• Manage Fire Code Compliance/Risk Management Engineering for North American facilities.
• Start-up and supervision of North American Facilities Department and a Corporate Security Department.
• Lead design, construction and relocation of Corporate Offices (400 employees) to a 140,000 sq. ft. building on budget and in 5 month timeframe; served as General Contractor for project.
• Lead standardized and roll-out of business equipment for all North American offices.
• Oversight of facilities budgets for all field sales offices in US and Canada. Managed office layout, furniture procurement, installations and renovations for all North American offices; acted as General Contractor for renovations saving normal 21% GC mark-up.
Chief Engineer - Corporate Engineering (1993 – 2002)
Managed Corporate Engineering Department, including engineering design for process equipment installations/upgrades, new facility construction, and project management/field supervision for all projects. Supervised staff of 5 – 10 engineers.
• Led design and construction of $50MM reorganization of all production and warehouse facilities during (2000-01) including: major process/manufacturing equipment upgrades to 6 existing facilities, fit-up of 4 stand alone paint warehousing facilities. Designed and constructed a new manufacturing facility in Canada.

• Designed & constructed 6 new paint manufacturing and warehousing facilities (60 to 100,000+ sq. ft.)

• Designed and renovated 78,000 sq. ft. building for corporate office/R & D Laboratories/data center facility, including permitting, design, field supervision of construction (as General Contractor) and employee relocation.
