Maintains daily changes of youth on the mental health caseload via JTS and sends out to treatment team staff three times per week. Additions to the caseload will be reported to mental health clerk via email from the reporting clinician.

Ensuring that JTS and mental health caseload is accurate daily.

Daily filing of safety protocols and special management plan documentation in the medical chart.

Daily filing of all treatment team documentation such as ITP’s, TX plans, any and all correspondence for any youth transferred from other facilities.

Preparing and sending out parent letters to youth who have been placed on the mental health caseload, on a daily basis.

Assisting Designated Mental Health Authority with keeping compliance with program book presentation, updated documentation and credentials of staff, and ensuring that program book is in compliance with standards.

Assist Designated Mental Health Authority with preparing and distributing Treatment team agenda and documentation

Keeping minutes for monthly Q/ A on a monthly basis along with general mental health department meetings.

Ensuring all documentation is available to Regional Behavioral Health Authority during monthly quality assurance meetings and preparing chart review.

Ensuring that all documentation is signed by staff appropriately and filed in chart in preparation for end of monthly safety protocol audit.

Assist psychologists in ensuring they have signed all documentation in compliance with policy guidelines which is 10 days.
