Siemens Automation, world’s largest selling/placement automation solution, provided a System for sample tube processing ,routing and middleware for centrifugation, decapping, hematology, chemistry, immunology and coagulation as well as sample storage and retrieval. Product was OEM and internally designed to Siemens specifications.
• Provided 3rd level support on site and remotely using live diagnostic tools such as PcAnywhere, SQL Server, Wonderware, Windows XP and ADVIA application logs. Traveled extensively in North America, Europe and Asia.
• Developed tools to troubleshoot network TCP/IP problems with both Domain and Workgroup architecture using Windows Server 2003.
• Utilized and maintained escalated events through Service Center, Development Tracking and Team Center software.
• Mentored and trained domestic and international service specialist engineers, customers and training specialists in operation, installation and troubleshooting of system issues electrical, mechanical, robotic and software upgrades.
