I am experienced with Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Van Dorn, Newbury, Husky, Demag, and Teubert injection molding machines as well as Star Automation and Sailor robots. I have experience with processing different types of plastic resins such as acrylic, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon(both glass filled and non), ABS, and Santoprene as well as both polystyrene and polypropylene foams. Previously oversaw 30 employees as a supervisor. Directed employee training and evaluations. Currently I am responsible for all production scheduling for both first and second shifts. I also keep track of needed materials and order them when needed. Able to multi task. Strong leadership skills and accountability to management.

Mechanical Knowledge

I have the ability to troubleshoot machine difficulties. Experienced with plastic injection molding machines from 70 tons to 900 tons. I am also capable of finding and fixing problems with different types of machinery including but not limited to hydraulic presses, automatic robots, pneumatic fixtures, and mold temperature controllers. Discovering ways to make these machines run more effectively while saving time and resources is one of my main priorities. I also have experience with a Mazak Nexus 100 CNC lathe with a Mazatrol 640T Nexus controller.
