I was instrumental in producing FAA conformance, compliance and acceptance documents for LYNX Aviation, a Frontier spin-off company, including 2 call backs to provide updates to previously authored documents.

I documented a mid-size tape storage carousel at StorageTek.

I designed and implemented an ISO 9000 compliant document structure for the Go2Broadband department of Cable Labs in Louisville CO. I also wrote the specification documents for Cable Labs Service Locator product.

I designed and implemented an ISO 9000 compliant document structure for user documentation and functional specifications at Ping Identity in Denver. I wrote the User Guide for their Identity product and provided training documentation and functional specifications for this product.

I designed and implemented a single point content management system for legacy documents for Bytemobile, Inc. in Mountain View CA. I also wrote and updated the specifications for Bytemobile’s wireless compression products (network attached software node).

I completed a suite of documents for Dynarc’s new RPR (Resilient Packet Ring) compliant optical routers. I worked on a large number of projects at McDATA. I was the Lead writer on at least one project each of the five years I was at McDATA. I was responsible for developing documentation suites for large ESCON and Fibre Channel network systems. These suites usually consist of a Planning, a User, and a Service Manual, online help, quick reference guides, and feature/upgrade instructions. All of McDATA’s GUIs (User guides and Online help) are web-based Java subsystems.
