Home Goods Store – Process Associate Responsibilities

As a Process Associate in a Home Goods retail environment, my role involves organizing newly arrived products to ensure they are ready for display and sale. My key responsibilities include:

Product Extraction: Unpack all newly delivered items from storage boxes and prepare them for display to sales floor.

Department & Price Verification: Check each product to confirm its correct department and ensure it has an accurate price tag. If a price tag is missing, I immediately report the issue to my supervisor.

Department-Based Organization: Sort and arrange products according to their respective departments, height and size including:

Project: CVS Health – Accordant Enhancements

Description: I worked on CVS Natural disaster IVR campaigns like Wild fire, flood, thunder storm, Hurricane and current. This involves, query executions in SQL, extract the data in an excel sheet & separate into CVS member and Non-CVS members. Look for our business procedures check with our Database. Review the data with the clinical team and account management team. Once the data is approved by all the stake holders, I will place the excel file in an SFTP Folder. Later the scheduled SQL jobs import the data into corresponding SQL tables and send the excel file to the vendor. The vendor will send the IVR calls to corresponding Accordant program members.

I also worked on E- signature process where new nurses signature is capture manually in paper then I scan those signatures into the computer and load it into the system. I will edit those signatures in paint and windows photo editor shop to make it visible properly by adjusting the brightness & size. I will zip the signature file and send it to clinical team. Those signatures are used later by them for any electronic document signatures.

I also worked on the service now incident tickets assigned to me. I will check the ticket description and if I don’t understand, I schedule the call to requester to understand the issue and fix it based on the SOP document. Which basically involve execution of queries in SQL to fix the data, reset the application password and assign to the corresponding developer if there is any Major code fix is needed.

I also worked on approving the clarity timesheet for the employees by reviewing the allocation sheet provided by my manager review their time entry for each of them and approve the time sheet. If the time sheet is entered incorrectly, I will return the time sheet for them and inform to resubmit the correct time sheet.

Epublishing (Electronic Publishing) domain:

Description: To preserve old Dutch newspapers printed before the 1990s, a full digital migration process has been implemented. As part of this initiative, the Heteren Bosch newspaper archives are scanned and uploaded to the client’s website.

Once the scanned copies are available, the content from each newspaper is categorized into key sections such as politics, cinema, sports, and advertising. The printed content is then converted into searchable text using the HTC Tool.

After conversion, the text data undergoes a verification process by the Quality controller to ensure accuracy. Once approved, the verified text is uploaded to the corresponding category on the newspaper’s website.

Through this migration effort, Dutch citizens can now conveniently access and read their very old newspapers online, preserving historical information for future generations.
