Process returns request (RMA) received from customers which include follow up on when required for regional approvals.

Ensure customer satisfaction by efficient handling of customer orders, delivery, reconciliation, and complaints

Communicate with customers regarding RMA sales orders, inventory availability, and delivery dates, as well as any problems encountered.

Perform data entry for customer sales orders, inventory transactions and order status tracking Research and resolve customer inquiries or concerns on problems with shipments
