• Designed complete enclosure, airflow channels, and thermal management system in SolidWorks for a compact UVC air disinfection unit, including sheet-metal and injection-moulded plastic components.

• Reverse-engineered an existing handheld fan and rebuilt the complete 3D CAD assembly with manufacturing- ready drawings and full GD&T callouts for all critical interfaces.
