I'm contacting you in regards to the Manager Apprentice position. I belive i have the requirements outlined in your job posting. My passion for this field, combined with my respect for the WinCo brand, is why I want to be a store manager . I have a passion for bringing uncommon people together to complete a common task, it is very rewarding and motivating to me. I have always been a team player whether in sports in high school or a father of two, it is were I Grow the most. Now I am part of a winning team and help spread that to new employees at Winco foods. In the last couple of years I have grown to reach my potential as a lead clerk with the team and managment at my store . Helping others in the work force and mentoring them to reach their goals has inspired me to reach my own goals as a store manager. I believe I am ready for the next step in my career, the manager apprentice program, is something that I have been working towards with the management team at my store for the couple of years. By mentoring new and existing employees to success at freight or any position in the store has help me get out of my comfort zone and grow. I have broadened my skill set and experiences through the WinCo skillport and by assuming responsibility of the store operations and employees when ever possible. Working closely with others to solve issues and over comes set backs along with, helping Providing a clean and safe shopping experiences to customers with a every day low price is something I am committed to doing . Seeing the smiles on the new WinCo shoppers face or saying good morning to returning customers is priceless Before I was an employee I was a customer and I love my job at WinCo Foods. With my skill set and proven track record, I can be a valuable addition to the Manager Apprentice program and a future manager at Winco Foods.
