- Review and revisions to the electrical construction design for the AMAN Ocean Front, an 18- story ultra-luxury residential development alongside the restoration of the 1940 Art Deco Versailles Hotel, which features 56 guest rooms, spa, and wellness facilities. This project is situated in the prestigious Collins Avenue area of Miami Beach, valued at $20 million dollars.
- Conduct weekly reviews with the general contractor (Suffolk) to address submittal approvals, design modifications, change orders, material and equipment lead times, Work in Place, and three-week look-ahead plans.
- Review submittals related to panel boards, automatic transfer switches (ATS), switchboards, safety switches, transformers, both interior and exterior light fixtures, receptacles, low-voltage equipment, fire alarm systems, lightning protection systems, and ground rings.
- Meet weekly with our Revit team (BIM 3D) to confirm installation routes and identify any clashes with MEP systems and other specialties.
