As the result of the companies success the owner of Destiny Products and I started Global Sources, Inc. to produce the Destiny product line in house. Designed and built the new 40,000 sq. ft. mfg. facility. By bringing most of the work in-house the company was better able to analyze our customers demand for more product with a semi-lights out operation with emphasis on automation. I was 49% owner of the new business venture.

Automated Molding, Inc. Pomona, Ca. (1995-1998)

Sales Engineer Executive. Procure new molding and tooling opportunities. Developed companies marketing and sales strategies, conducted plant tours, liaison with client engineering associates, interacted with foreign entities as concerns molds being designed and produced on-time within budget. Provided production and tooling quotes. Clients included Snapware Corp., American Brass, Smart Inventions, Destiny Plastics, Inc. I was hired specifically to diversify the companies 80% existence with one client ( Coast Foundry) Within 1 year I successfully diversified the companies base reliance from 80% to 40% and became the # 1 salesman .
