(e.g.) Responsible for calling laboratory results to physicians and nursing staff. Provided information regarding test codes and specimen submissions and resolved discrepancies for incorrect data.
? My primary position was assigned to handle electronic customer request via Microsoft outlook software. I received a daily work que to add, delete and correct test. Maintained fax logs and corrected patient records.
Health Service Account Represenative Vidant Medical Center 2008-2019
? I have 8 previous years of outpatient registrations experience within the electronic health record ordering test and correcting demographic errors within the patient work-que and chart. I would be responsible for faxing laboratory orders and obtaining physician signatures. I also, filed and scanned patient information into the computer. I was the lead health service account representative for the split shift responsible for guiding and directing the workflow. For two years I was elected to serve on the peer interview group; to interview potential new job candidates within the department.

My teaching experience is in Special Education teaching children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have comprehensive knowledge in implementing differentiated instruction that meet a student?s individual learning needs. I monitor, assess, and record student academic progress, I am skilled in lesson planning, and classroom management. The curriculum plans are prepared using the North Carolina Extended Content standards. Standards. The standards is a specific instructional curriculum program for students presenting with mild, moderate, severe disabilities.
I also evaluate student progress, prepare and document IEP and progress reports, as well as participate in conducting IEP meetings. I have supervised 2 highly experienced classroom Instructional Assitants.
Substitute Teaching/ESS Pitt County School District 2022
I substitute teach for various Pitt County Schools, I cover grades K-5 I mostly accept positions in EC and resource as a teacher or Assistant. I accept assignments 2-3 days per week and willing to accept long term positions. As a teacher I follow subs plans provided by the teacher I am covering for, I do well in maintaining classroom management using positive effective methods.
