With over ten years of experience in research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (M&E) and Data analytics, I am a passionate and disciplined professional who helps clients design and implement effective solutions for social change. I have worked with various organizations, such as TechnoServe, Helvetas, Camara Education, and Acasus, to set up and maintain robust M&E systems, collect and analyze relevant data, and document and share key lessons and insights.
As an MERL manager, I applied my skills in research design, project management, data collection tool development, and stakeholder capacity building to support the evaluation and improvement of various projects in the education, health, and governance sectors. I also led cross- fertilization of best practices, project documentation, and representation of the organization at high-level meetings.
