Learning various skills: customer facing, ticket counter, book a flight, help with change needed to their itinerary or travel dates/time, assist with missed, delayed or cancelled flights, assist with issue of vouchers or hotel requests.Assist with bag drop, assist active military with their bags and checking requirements, verify their credentials, add TSA security clearance on their boarding pass.

Learned role of a dispatcher, security screener. to use radio, lost and found software and applications. Call out over the radio for any suspicious activity or areas that need attention. Call emergency services including 911 or medical services/ AMR. Comply with city ordinance . Learn to operate video surveillance cameras.
