Role:

Co-ordinate with the Customers (General Electric, General Motor, Albonair, Tafe, and Thales) to fulfill their requirement.

Co-ordinate with casting department to get the casting plan on Monthly, Weekly and Daily Basis for machines planning

Preparing Production planning (Machining Plan) for individual machines at Plant, Vendors as per the customer schedule and execution to meet batch and lot production targets

Involved in liaising and following up with the vendors (5 Vendors)

Line Balancing done for MCI Disc. Rough Braking Area Facing Operations done in First and Second Turning Operations with a Cycle Time of 120 and 115 seconds respectively:

o When the Rough Braking Area Facing operation was shifted to Third Turning operation the Cycle Time became 105 and 100 seconds respectively

Recognized for implementing Poka Yoke in the organization to avoid wrong side loading of inner ring and TBI Drum
