• Negotiated with mCentric for the acquisition, delivery and installation of Subscription Management Platform for High-Speed Internet (HSI) and BlackBerry Service for the network.
• Negotiated with Roamware for the purchase and deployment of a roaming solution platforms for Globacom Nigeria, Benin and Ghana. The platforms have inbound roaming magnet, which helps in steering inbound roamers in Ghana and Benin towards the Glo network irrespective of their network.
• Supervised the establishment and transition of a new Call Centre Platform from Alcatel-Lucent to Huawei.
• Negotiated with Rakfam Construction, Logic Instrumentation Ltd. and other vendors for the fabrication of over 10,000 Antenna Mountain Poles and Krone Blocks for Node B deployment GENERAL
