During this period, I interacted with babies and helped them wash their hands and wipe their noses. I also tidied and cleaned the baby rooms daily to ensure that no incidents happened.

I organised regular activities activities such as singing and dancing to keep children active and engaged.

I anticipated customers’ needs and provided them with high quality service whilst upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. I also demonstrated organization skills as I balanced customer enquires with the replenishment of stock, ensuring both were attended to promptly.
