Hard Rock Café- Server

I Follow our motos to give the best amplified service to greet guests, take orders, maintain a positive attitude, make sure foo/drinks/dessert is on track, answer any questions, and of course serve them. Keep every station clean and organized while maintaining pace of seating. Keep up with any and all side-work. Be a team player in making sure every guest gets the best service.

Black Bear Diner - Hostess/Expo

Maintained and managed front of restaurant while seating guests, welcome them as they came in, and keeping it all clean, Stocked, and organized. Take Togo orders and answer customer service calls. Prep sides and plates for servers so they ready for guests. Cashing guests out and handling any questions/concerns/conflicts.

Duties included cash handling, multitasking taking orders and cashing people out, resolve and handle conflicts, grilling, dishwashing, food bagging for curbside/door dash and drive thru, drink making and being a team player.
