Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Initially I was hired to review and manage the revenue cycle for a start up multi-specialty practice within 6 month of start up. I reviewed PM system setup, developed report writing capabilities with data dump development. I oversaw the outsourced billing services that was inadequate and had no oversight. In the beginning of my tenure, there were 7 active providers of which have now grown to 83 providers as well as 50+ midlevels and increasing again over the next year.
