CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
FAIRMONT SCOTTSDALE PRINCESS
Supervised over 85 staff members during the
Pumpkin Fest and Christmas at the Princess
events as well as the on property Starbucks and
retail shops. Responsible for hiring, training,
scheduling, and daily management of team
operations. Oversaw inventory control and
ordering, ensured smooth event execution, and
maintained high standards of guest service and
team performance.
BELMONT KITCHEN & COCKTAILS
Part of the team that opened The Belmont,
where helped design the cocktail menu and
developed the beverage matrix. also curated
and led interactive cocktail classes for guests
while training staff to ensure a successful launch.
WRIGLEY MANSION
Managed beverage operations at the Wrigley
Mansion, balancing high volume efficiency with
creative menu development for both the
restaurant and private events. Beyond
overseeing monthly inventory and batching
schedules, focused heavily on team growth by
leading staff education sessions on spirits and
craft techniques. also regularly represented the
venue in local mixology competitions and
industry events to help maintain its reputation
for top tier service.
