Job Details:

Credit Card Collections: Worked with customers who are past due on payments and assisted with equitable resolutions and took payments and setup plans. Mortgage Collections/Assistance: Processed payments, re-age program setup. Also worked 14 years for Mortgage Assistance. Within that job I had a pipeline assigned of 75-150 customers and assisted them with plan details, document gathering and all follow up and relaying final decisions whether approved or not.

Mortgage Processing: Worked directly with underwriters to obtain various documents, credit bureau corrections, flood insurance and homeowner insurance declaration pages. Private Client Service Agent III: Took calls from affluent clients to assist with balance details, filing claims, wire transfers, funds transfers, online assistance and general customer service. This is a job I excelled at and received numerous customer compliment calls and received high customer satisfaction scores consistently.

I have also worked, prior to my time with Chase, doing management and accounting for a payday loan store and an arcade.
