Britelink – December 2019 – April 2023 – National Stock Manager / Implementation and Logistics Achievements:
o Completely overhauling and redesign of stock yard/stock management process. o Managing up to 30 stock yards running concurrently. o Responsible for R75 000 000 worth of stock.
Key Responsibilities:
o Managing supervisor/admin/stock yard coordinators, total team of +/- 40 team members. o Aligning requirements of project with the expected final delivery of project. o Ensuring SO and stock issued are in line with each other. o Managing stock requirements, coordinating with procurement services/stock yards to ensure optimal stock purchases.

o Maintaining 1 416 192 meters of fibre network in the Tshwane Metro, 19 Main Aggregations, 8240 circuits
(clients).
o Implementation of multiple processes and procedures to manage from faults to a team of 65 people. o Bringing down the fault count from +/- 100 faults per day in 2023 to +/- 15 faults per day in 2024. o Successfully managing a 24-hour maintenance operation on the DFA network. o Responsible for 30 fibre maintenance teams and 5 regional coordinators.
