Job Descriptions

Process Medicaid application for the State of South Carolina.

Determine /re-determine Medicaid eligibility according to Medicaid policies and procedures.

Collects and evaluates documentation from applicants to determine individual and family eligibility for the program. Eligibility Specialists complete all assigned eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes in an accurate and timely manner.

Supervise associates (both Belk and contracted staffing) as they unload and process incoming freight, put away merchandise in warehouse locations, pick merchandise and consolidate orders, pack orders, or ship packages direct to consumers.

Supervise secondary production functions associated with their currently assigned department, such as recycling, returns, return to vendor processes, make ready/audit functions, etc.

Appropriately communicate with, follow up with, and support associates in a timely manner.

Partnership with the Wave Planning area, plan and use independent discretion to organize day-to-day operations activities/objectives.

Completed initial/annual quarterly psychosocial assessments for new intakes and assigned client caseloads.

Conducted needs assessments to determine appropriate service and developed goals and care plans.

Implemented care plans to assist children and their families to improve coping skills in life situations.
