I have worked with Siemens for 13 years+, in both the Industry Customer Care Center and DI Factory Automation Customer Service, one of those years as an external contractor. I have developed strong relationships with colleagues including technicians, engineers, field service teams, warehouses, distributors, sales, existing customers, and potential customers. One of my strengths is in troubleshooting and deescalating to provide expedient and thorough support to meet the needs of those I encounter.

I have more than 10 years of private medical office management and assistant experience.
