Productivity Improvement: Increased productivity by 25% and achieved a 5 Sigma level through the implementation of various Lean Six Sigma tools, and BioPS (Bioscents Production System) Cost Efficiency: Achieved position-based certification, with an average salary increase of 23% and a 12% reduction in labor cost per piece.
Cost Reduction: Reduced operational costs by 34% in 2021 and 2022, and an additional 20% in 2023 by increasing lot sizes and downtime reduction.
