Several projects need to be implemented as part of Process improvement and re-engineering to support timely creation of these reports and to surmount situations such as, vendor reference data being delayed on some days.

This required significant process re- engineering by defining the role of the different team members, how the team can be better organized for optimal performance, explaining how ServiceNow reports can be used to prioritize and address incidents, and the need to have better communication with users.
• Managed project to improve timeliness and efficiency of Market Risk reports run on OnPrem database by backing up to AZURE CLOUD daily and having a defined retention period.
• Reviewing and prioritizing BAU Jira by working with users.
• Helped PMO to organize and track projects so that reporting is timely and pertinent.
• Ensured the use of Agile methodology. Organized separate Sprints and Jira boards for each project, for smooth tracking of work.
