Williams Medical Corporation, Virginia Beach, VA 2006 – 2013 Provided trauma-informed therapy with a special focus on grief, PTSD, and depression. Facilitated one-on-one sessions targeting emotional recovery and resilience-building. Collaborated with families and children to improve outcomes through open dialogue and strategic planning, ensuring the best possible results for all involved. I designed and implemented a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiative at A.J. Williams Medical Corporation.
