Detailed understanding and experience from a 360-degree view of the Project Shareholders and Owners, EPCM / EPC, Constructors and Suppliers responsibilities in complex multi-layer mega projects. In country expatriate experience on remote sites in Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Liberia, Guinea.

Held positions that required senior leadership, management of cross-functional and multicultural teams, resource management of material handling equipment, third party providers: 3PL – 4PL and 5PL, delivery of out of the box solutions. Lead and supported EXCO Project Management in accordance with the logistics and material management planning and coordination of global logistics teams and subcontractors. Extensive knowledge of conducting detailed mega project coordination, shipping, material handling, and warehouse studies from concept to execution. Conduct and implement port, route, and equipment surveys plus in field fact-finding visits. Extensive knowledge of Africa and the Middle East, with a specific focus on the On / Offshore Oil

Independent Global Project Logistics Consultancy:

August 2025 to date:

Provide strategic consultancy services to various clients on Global Logistics Strategies, such as: 1. Contracted to implement and manage a fast-track end-end Supply Chain for a mine restart project in Namibia, with a project value of US$ 300 million. This includes the implementation of strategies, policies and procedures, schedule alignment with Construction and mine restart programs.

2. Contracted to implement an end-end Supply Chain of time critical maize meal exports from Zambia to various destinations. This included preparing operating policies and procedures, implementation, and employee training. Contractor to the Rio Tinto Simfer Simandou Project (Guinea) October 2024 – July 2025 (Contract position – on site) 1. Role: Senior Material Management Systems Lead

- Primary roles:

• Actively implement Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Provide Project wide technical Logistics and Material Management support and Deputise for the Project Senior Interface Logistics and Material Manager.

• Fast track the implement of a ERM / ERT system that covered material and equipment bar coding tracking systems from a zero base for key contractors for the above project. All linked to the project execution and installation and construction build schedules.

• Conduct regular site visits to OEMs in China to access and evaluate material and equipment readiness for shipping in relation to the construction build schedule. This covered ERM updates, production progress, packing and marking inspections, vessel bookings, and load plans.

• Assigned to China in April / May 25 to lead a fast-track team Logistics Team to expedite fabrication and coordinate the logistics and shipping of time critical project material and equipment to the project site. This involved coordinating, loading and vessel export clearance of multiple charter shipments in 8 weeks.

• Provide logistics and shipping plans from global origins to the final site laydown.

• Provide logistics leadership, material and equipment tracking status to EXCO.

• Coordinate with receiving contractors, off-loading, storage and preservation of material and equipment.

Independent Global Project Logistics Consultancy:

September 2023 to October 2024: - various assignments - Provide strategic consultancy services to various clients on their Global Logistics Strategies, such as:

1. Contracted by a mega mining house to conduct a logistics feasibility assessment for a new mine, port, and rail infrastructure development and in Guinea. 2. Contracted to conduct a detailed ‘pit to port ‘study for a new mining operation in Mali that involved extensive travel to Mali and Senegal. This involved a detailed field road survey, staging / warehouse requirements and WMS systems, port reviews, develop a detailed financial feasibility and optimisation plan and model. 3. Contracted to conduct a detailed study for an independent On / Offshore oil & gas operation; key focus - Efficiency, Safety, Reliability.

- The study covered: Logistics & Material Management HSE standards and policies, material & equipment mobilization / demobilization, customs import & export clearance processes and policies, global material and equipment tracking, vessel management including loading & discharge processes and policies, Coordinate Marine Agency services, inbound / outbound crew change, on / off shore accommodation, utilities, waste material disposal on / off shore. Interface management with on /offshore, project management, coordinate with Customs and Port Operations for inbound / outbound vessels and the required material & equipment. Develop an interface with Project Management on the management and Cost Control reporting with Supply Chain for marine services, equipment, and resources (labour / equipment), manage budgeted operational costs. Prepare an ERT

/ ERP material and equipment tracking system that will cover the receipt (focus on quality / certification / expiry dates / preservation and handling) and manage end material and equipment end user requests to ensure continuous and time effective operations.

4. Contracted June / July 2025 to conduct a detailed study that included East & Southern African ports, route surveys for OOG cargo, SOP’s and process flows, import & export legislation for a feasibility study for a mining $ 2 billion expansion project in Zambia.

5. Provide consultation services and advise to various Global EPCM’s and Industrial Project Freight Forwarders in the set-up process of an industrial project, based on lessons learnt and use of available information technology. pg. 4

Project Logistics, Material & Warehouse Manager (LMW) October 2021 – August 2023 (contract position – on site) Primary location Liberia

1. Actively implement Health and Safety policies and procedures. 2. Project Logistics, Material & Warehouse management of Phase II Project ($1,8 billion)

- Lead the strategic direction and safety management of the LMW function, including but not limited to: charter vessel planning, Customs & Excise import & export protocols, loading & discharge of Out of Gauge cargo, expediting, receiving quality control, Offshore & On logistics & transportation, warehouse, and site material management.

- Development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and risk management of inbound and outbound materials.
