Vendor Master Database, Invoice processing & Handling Customer Service queries
Processing the PO & Non PO based invoices from the Mark view Imaging system.
Preparing monthly Dashboards for the client.
Handling the customer queries related to payment status, refunds, credit & debit memos, check copies etc… Identifying the Duplicate invoices posted in Oracle through Duplicate Audit Tool in order to ensure that duplicate payments are not done to any Vendor for invoices.
Creating Credit/Debit Notes in order to set off the overpayments & underpayments of the invoices.
Maintaining the log of all the duplicate invoices/payments & reporting it to the clients on a weekly basis.
Handling the return checks process on Share point. Return checks are those checks which are returned due to incorrect address information, check sent to wrong vendors, incorrect amount etc.
Performing Vendor setups & reviewing request for accuracy and/or missing information (i.e. W-9, 1099 information/Tax ID numbers)
Modify the existing Vendor master file.
Primarily responsible for preparing monthly Dashboards for the client.
Perform quarterly and semiannual database reconciliation of data & cleanup inactive supplier information.
Providing support & training to new & existing users who experience issues with vendor request.
Training of new hires &performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Actively participate in both system & process improvements and be instrumental in the regular update and roll out of SOP’s.
Max New York Life Insurance Gurgaon, Haryana, (Policy Owner Service Executive).
Providing various services to the customers after issuance of the policies.
Ensuring resolution to all customer interactions.
Provide service delivery to internal and external customer transaction processing.
Communication and follow-up with customers.
Processing all the financial and non financial changes in policy contract of HNI customer
Quality check of all the financial and non financial transaction done by team
Focusing on timely resolution of complaints and queries by coordinating extensively with internal departments, prioritizing high ageing customer queries.
Clearing WIP to move the cases.
