I have 5 years experience in working at call centers. I have done the whole thing, work from home in sales and it was inbound/outbound phone calls. I have also worked in customer service over the phone, inbound/outbound. I have taken time in between my jobs to have or raise children, but I remember how to be a good customer service representative and I’d like to try it again hopefully or gradually making it so I can work comfortably at home.
