Completion of the 2017 Bond program. This was a first-time achievement to utilize the majority of the awarded Bond funds for the PKR department
Provide In-house Mechanical HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Design for approximately 300+ projects. These in-house designs helped reduce design costs and it provided faster completion of construction projects
Impact include completion of the following project types: Recreation Centers, playgrounds, pool projects, tennis courts, skateparks, trails, plumbing renovations, restroom facilities, office renovations including Paul Dyer Admin building, exterior LED Lighting Fixtures for Campbell Green Pickleball Court, upgrades to the Zoo Quarantine Building, Arlington Hall Conservancy and Fair Park facilities such as Hall of State and Children’s Aquarium, Texas Discovery Gardens and the Butterfly House. Managed a maintenance staff while in EBS for performing preventative maintenance duties throughout the City of Dallas.
During the 3+ years of existence, maintenance issues were reduced substantially Managed/supervised the Building Automated System (BAS) for the City of Dallas for nearly 15 years. The result was successful control of temperature settings throughout the impacted buildings Troubleshoot problems with mechanical/control systems for approximately 150 buildings on the Niagara software

• Developed and designed various crew station drawings pe1taining to structural and harness related information.
