As a AI & ML / data science student, I worked on several projects, including video game sales forecasting, Instacart shopping analysis, telecom data analysis, and predicting which Beta Bank customers might leave.

For the Beta Bank project, I tried different models to see which could best predict customer churn. The logistic regression model scored 0.49, and the random forest model scored 0.63, which was better. This score showed how well the model can correctly identify customers who might leave without making too many mistakes.

The random forest model was able to correctly find about 6 to 7 out of every 10 customers who were likely to leave. Its AUC-ROC value was 0.867, much higher than the required 0.59, meaning the model was very good at telling the difference between customers who would stay and those who would leave.

In sum, the random forest model worked well and could help the bank take steps to keep its customers.
