• Managed actives of the Board of Directors, Commercial Management Company and owners of 160 units. The new gated community consisted of 8 multi-story units with 12 evaluators, 5 garage unit and clubhouse and pool on 20 acres of land in Davenport Florida. Prepared annual budgets, the RFQ bid and approved all contracts/insurance supporting the community. Work closely with legal staff on Association Bi-Laws & enforcement, collections of COA fees, worked with construction testing engineers and lawyers which resulted in filing 558 construction defects lawsuit against builder DR Horton for $1.9 million dollar in which the associate prevailed. Successfully lowered the COA fees by $100 a door per month. The COA remained solvent during the worse housing and financial crisis of the great depression.
