• Assisted many of the partners who signed up with app with their tech issues to assure their success with the shifts they were assigned. Due to ongoing app issues, I was required to not only assist them with navigating around the issues but to also assure that their morale was not diminished by the frustration caused by the issues.
• Made sure partners were setting up their orientation shifts, so they can establish a rapport with the company and unlock more opportunities for shifts that were closer to home. Averaged roughly 200+ outbound calls to partners daily to assure that they can meet our expectations and standards.
• Provided live shift support as the partners completed their very first food preparation shifts with Circle K. This involved making sure they were staying on task while providing any support needed. I made sure to check their work by investigating the photos sent to make sure that the takes were completed correctly and efficiently.
• Monitored shift progress and provided detailed notes through a shared Excel sheet to assure the team not only saw my work but were also informed on the next best steps.
• Handled payment corrections when partners did not receive their promised pay. This involved monitoring zendesk tickets as they came through to make sure our partners were assisted in a timely manner.
