Plant Logistics Specialist-Cellasto Plant (Aug. 2023 to Oct 2025)

Maintained departmental staff by submitting check requests, reviewing and approval of invoices, tracking purchase orders, handing supplies to maintain plant of 1,500 people. Negotiating pricing on all future purchase orders with vendors as well as keeping vigilance over current and prior purchase orders with procurement to regulate cost savings for the plant expenditures. Supported department by researching vendors for price comparison and cost savings. Contacting vendors and handling questions along with procurement and accounting to provide help to vendors to solve issues with billing and shipping deliveries as well as handling original position as Administrative Assistant for the plant. Reconciled billing for vendors over two years that grossed over $1M dollars for quality management issues. First contact with all vendors in which I created PO’s which was more than $3.1 M dollars in 2023 as well as 2024.
