Returns/Return Scanner, Customer Service Representative December 2019 - January 2022
Started off working at the magazine return ramp in the warehouse. I made sure the ramp worked properly while scanning and tracking all returned magazines. Maintained cleanliness and a safe work environment. Within 3 weeks I was promoted to the office as an invoice scanner where I received invoices, found mistakes and shortages and scanned an average of 10,000 invoices daily. Within 2 months I also became the front desk associate for lunch and break times where I answered incoming calls and greeted clients coming in. Within 6 months my invoice scanning job was combined with the return scanning job so I took on both roles myself which included also scanning up to 5,000 returns daily. In February of 2020 I was promoted to customer service representative taking on up to 50 phone calls a day and also had a focus on returns discrepancies.
