Letstalk.com offers cellular phones and service of all cellular companies. Once

customer was approved I would work with them on which cellular phone and

service, service plan they chose. When everything was worked out and

approved, set up I would then work with the cellular company in having the

cellular phone activated and set up. Once activation was completed I would

then send it to shipping to have shipped out to the customer. I also dealt with any

complications and or questions regarding activation and or service issues.

My job was demanding, fast paced and always on my feet. I worked in many

positions and moved up fast. In management, I was in charge of several

problems regarding customers, sales, etc.

●2000-2001 Settlements Representative - Drive Financial Services

I worked with credit and receivables. I ran credit checks on customers with

delinquent accounts, and typed up settlement offers for those who we were

trying to settle outstanding accounts with. I also ran credit checks to locate

customers for those who worked in our repossessing department.
