Executed the build-out of 15 Datacenter’s with a budget of 60 million dollars in APAC, EMEA and the Americas. My role was to research and identified contingency issues (resource needs) while developing a globalize strategy for documenting recovery procedures for HP Disaster Recovery sites.

Designed the Hewlett Packard Pre-deployment checklist for all Data Center in the Global Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) worldwide. All data centers currently use this template as part of their build-out process.

Scheduled daily meeting with Network, Server Admin and stake holders in France, Switzerland, Wynyard UK Public Sector and Alpharetta GA to review and discuss ECS project communications.

Directed application team to prepare data integration process for testing in the Co-Lo environment and provide stakeholders with response time data for approval.
