Focus of UX testing is based on the adherence of digital content to Citi’s Technical Specifications, Design Standards and Assessment Standards, across multiple formats and development tools.
Document results of UX testing in approved Learning Administration Request (LAR) forms, outlining the nature and classification of the element.
