SYNOPSIS

I possess many years of diversified experience of construction and project management, I progressively moved from Assistant Engineer to Executive Engineer then to Superintending Engineer Position and was responsible for Execution of Building construction Projects related to Education, Health, Office and Residential Buildings. Supervised major Interior, Exterior modernization, and correction facilities projects. I have worked as a Resident Engineer at Elevator replacement projects in MTA C&D Stations for about FIVE years. Monitored CCM work, Field production, GC progress payments and Daily Reports. Practiced and studied NY State DOT and MTA specifications. Achieved Substantial completion in at least three projects ahead of schedule. Experienced hand in AWO processing and achieved up to 30% Savings in negotiations. 1: Title: Assistant Resident Engineer (Feb 2023 to Date)

Project Cost: $ 127 M.

Company: Tectonic Engineering Consulting

Project Description: A-35305- Repair of three stations at Jamaica Line. 85th street,75th street

And Cypress Hills stations.

The project was awarded in December 2022 with a duration of 32 months. I am responsible for conducting inspections for Quality Assurance, Daily reporting, and Coordination. This project mainly consists of replacement of elevated concrete platforms, Repair and replacement of steel beams 60 feet span and structural repairs of canopy columns along with painting and polishing Mezzanine area and structural steel components. I am currently in charge of the project in managing the Field Engineers Day to-day operations and coordination of testing and inspections of third party and user groups. I am also dealing the Change Order management, preparation of Internal Engineers Estimates and review of GC, s proposals. I am also playing a key role in preparation of responses to Contractors’ requests for Change orders. The project is about 98% complete and achieved SC in August 2025 successfully. The contractor also got incentive payment for successful completion of this Milestone.

Title: Resident Engineer/APM III

Project Description:

i: Name: E-34028-Replacement of 8 Traction Elevators at four locations. Time Spent.6/25/2018 to 2/3/2023.

Construction Manager: John McGrath.

Project Cost: $56 Million

General Contractor: FORTE Construction Corp.

Consultant: AECOM

I Served as Resident Engineer. The project consists of the Replacement of Eight Elevators at four locations, Clark Street, Court Street, Lexington Ave/63rd Street and Roosevelt Island Stations. The project scope consists of replacement of elevators, HVAC system and all Communication, Fire Alarm and Security Equipment’s.

The project was awarded on 4/23/2021.I was Responsible for all aspects of this project but not limited to Review of Progress Design drawing, performed review of Division 1 and Constructability. Responsible for preparation/Review of CCM Scope of Work and procurement of CCM services. Overseeing RFI and RFP, AWO, Submittals, Shop Drawings and Technical inspections. Reviewed General contractor, DOR and CCM Invoices. Achieved project delivery in accordance with specs in time. Oversighted contractors’ performance while working with multidisciplinary construction team of CCM and GC. Set an outstanding example in MTA C&D for placing the three elevators in service at Clark Street Station in the shortest period of SIX Months.

ii: Name: Replacement of 6 traction Elevators 8th Ave. at two stations in NYC. (E-34029)

Company: MTA C&D Stations Business Unit

Project Cost: 42 million - Client: MTA NYCT

General Contractor: Forte Construction corp.

Served as Resident Engineer for the work at 181st street from start to completion. This work of Replacement of 3 Elevators of 10000 Lbs. Capacity with travelled height of 107 feet with motor capacity 80 HP was supervised by me. The project includes Structural steel and Concrete repairs in shaft and Machine room. Chemical grouting (NO H2O) in existing concrete walls of Hoist way then laying over waterproof membrane, Construction of 12-inch-thick Reinforced concrete wall 140 feet height with lateral supports of grouted dowels. Construction of 2-Hours Fire rated Reinforced CMU masonry partition wall 90 feet height. Installation of glazed Tiles on walls at lower and upper mezzanine. Installation of sump pump and discharge pipes. This project also included installation of 2 HVAC units each 96.6 tons in machine room and providing new LED lighting and receptacles I was oversighting Consultants, GC for completion of project. All progress payment to consultants, contractors and change order management was my responsibility. Delivered the completed station to User Group within schedule and budget.

iii: Name: Replacement of 12 traction Elevators 7th Ave Broadway IRT -1 Line at three stations in NYCT. (E-34027)

Company: MTA C&D Stations Business Unit

Project Cost: (94 million) - Client: MTA NYCT.

General Contractor: Skanska contracting USA

Served as Resident Engineer for the work at 191st street from start to completion.

This station is the deepest station in NYCT subway system. This work comprises of Replacement of FOUR Elevators of 10,000Lbs capacity with travelled height of 175 feet including motors 78 HP, Transformers, Controllers and UPS a. The project includes Structural steel and Concrete repair in shaft and Emergency stair. Chemical grouting (NO H2O) in existing concrete walls of Hoist Way Installation of glazed Tiles on walls at lower and upper mezzanine. Installation of sump pump and discharge pipes. Painting and polishing of wall Machine Room. This project also included installation of 2 HVAC units each 122 tons in machine room. I was oversighting Consultants, GC for completion of project. All progress payment to consultants, contractors and change order management was my responsibility.

Achieved the goal of placing the four elevators in service within schedule at this station.

3: Department of Transportation: New York State New York

. Title: Construction Inspector DOT December 2017 – June 2018

• Name: Renovation of Deer Park Ave Bridge NY 27, Contract # D031327 ($23 Million)

• My responsibility included.

● Preparation of Daily Reports on Pro Site Manager

● Evaluation of General Contractor’s (GC) Progress Payments.

● Monitoring of Daily Work and 2 weeks look ahead.

● Coordination between Regional, Field, Inform Office, GC and Subcontractor, MPT supervisor and EPM Inspector

● Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) at work site

● Field testing and Sampling of Hydraulic Concrete for quality assurance.
