Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working for 5 different SAP Instances on the commercial Baseline configuration automation requirements through the product/tool.
• Being a member of project team with designation as system integrated analyst, my role is to review and approve the solutions that are requested by the business & handled by the support team.
• Providing on-the-job training, guidance, and support to end-users on SAP SD processes, transactions, and functionalities.
